Shalom Church is a Bible-believing church that honors Israel. We are family-centered, multicultural, and love helping people encounter God.
Our founding verse is “For He is our shalom [peace], the One who made the two into one” (Ephesians 2:14 TLV)
Our love for Jesus and the Jewish People inspires us to embrace the Hebraic roots of our Christian faith. We want to help both Jews and Gentiles understand the Gospel message of Jesus and receive God’s gift of salvation.
Because our Savior gave us the task to “Go and make disciples” (Matt. 28:19-20), we love making disciples that in turn make disciples. Discipleship is the path to spiritual maturity. A disciple is a student of the Bible who learns the teachings of Jesus and applies them to everyday life.
We enjoy studying the Bible with a Messianic perspective so that we gain a healthy and balanced view of God, Israel, the Jewish people, and the Church and the key roles we each play in God’s overall plan of redemption for all humanity.
